Due to many recent changes in LiveJournal policy, I find I am no longer ethically able to continue using this website.

Reasons include:

• strikethrough
• banned search terms (see cannot_find_me )
• new creation of basic , ad-free accounts disabled
• revised policies that do not allow hate speech, but define hate speech in an overly broad and insufferably vague way (there are hate speech laws in Russia, where SUP is located, that are mainly used to prosecute anyone, such as artists, who may create work that criticizes institutions like the dominant church or Putin)
  
• revised policies that ban encouraging or instructions for self-harm, with self-harm left uncomfortably undefined (auto-erotic asphyxiation? BDSM? 40 day fasts to protest human rights abuses? self-piercing? stunt piercing?)
• reporting potential suicide posts
